Project enquiries
The contact form collects your name, email and message. Company, budget, current systems, an attachment and a Solution Studio configuration are optional. We use these details to review your request, reply and discuss a possible engagement.
We keep the enquiry, project context and attached brief in our enquiry system with restricted access or in the team email used for your request. A submission reference, content fingerprint and review status help us identify retries and follow up on the same enquiry.
The form temporarily keeps an unchanged submission in page memory so you can retry it; reloading clears that local state. The server also uses the request IP address in temporary counters to limit repeated submissions.
When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the notification and any included attachment. Opening an email draft does not submit an enquiry: you choose whether to send it from your email application.
Send a non-confidential overview first. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information. Contact us to agree how to exchange further material.
Solution Studio
Solution Studio runs sample records and workflows in your browser. Changes to demo customers, users and workflow records remain in the current page session. Share links and contact-form URLs contain module choices and connections, without your demo records or notes.
If you include the configuration when submitting an enquiry, we receive it with your message. A downloaded or printed project outline includes the notes you entered; you decide where to save or share that document.
Language preference
To choose a default language, we use the approximate country of your connection supplied by our hosting service: Ukrainian for Ukraine and English elsewhere. You can change the language at any time. When you choose a language, we store that choice (en, uk or pl) in the hd_locale cookie for up to one year. This cookie contains no location information. You can remove it through your browser’s cookie settings.
Visit information
The website keeps the first landing-page path, supported campaign labels and an external referring hostname in browser session storage. These details can accompany an enquiry to show how you found our services. You can clear session storage through your browser.
Vercel Web Analytics records website visits and custom events, including contact-link clicks, demo progress and enquiry outcomes. Our custom event fields describe the action and page context: module counts, budget range, enquiry category, workflow, public article or project identifiers, and submission status. They exclude names, email addresses, message text and attachment content.
Vercel also processes page URLs, referral information and device or browser details for visit statistics. Speed Insights measures page performance and Core Web Vitals using page URLs, device and browser information, approximate country and timing measurements.

Hosting, database and email providers process information needed to run the website and handle enquiries. Our team accesses enquiry information to respond and assess the project. Contact us about processing locations or project data requirements before sharing confidential material.
Questions, correction, and deletion
Email us to ask about your enquiry data or request a correction or deletion. Include enough context to identify the enquiry. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Retention depends on the enquiry, any resulting engagement and applicable obligations. Contact us about the retention period for a particular record.
