NIM · Newmark Investor Portal

Commercial property search shaped by investment criteria.

A Newmark portal for discovering properties for sale and lease. Detailed filters, account preferences and named saved searches connect a single catalogue review with ongoing email updates.

01 / Property catalogue

Sale and lease listings in one catalogue.

Newmark Investor Portal: property listings with search and sale or lease options.

Commercial property discovery

The catalogue combines sale and lease listings with photos, addresses, property type, area and available pricing. Deal-type filters, sorting and a result count support the initial review before opening a property.

02 / Detailed search criteria

Property and financial criteria in a single filter panel.

The filter panel groups price, area, property type, broker and listing status.

Detailed property criteria

Property type and subtype, area, price, cap rate, expected return and year built can be combined with broker, listing period, status and class. The apply button displays the number of matching listings before the user returns to the catalogue.

03 / Investment profile

An investment profile separate from individual searches.

Investment preferences bring risk profile, target returns, budget and holding period into one form.

Investment preferences

The account stores risk profile, return preferences, holding period, budget and property types. Selected values remain visible, with actions to review matching listings, reset preferences and manage notifications.

04 / Saved search and notifications

Named searches with email updates for new listings.

A saved search has a name and an email frequency, so the investor can return to the same criteria.

Saved search and email frequency

The dialog summarises the current criteria and saves them under a name with an email frequency. Alerts cover newly listed properties; a link to saved searches lets the investor edit existing subscriptions.
