Complete Business Compass is a consulting platform for assessing a client company and tracking the resulting work. It combines configurable questionnaires, score interpretation, client records and actions with owners and deadlines.
The client record connects reviews, people and working materials.
Question sets and score explanations configured by assessment type.
Snapshot and Enterprise reviews use different levels of detail. Questions are organised by business area, and report text is defined for low, middle and high scores.
Enterprise questions
Enterprise Review expands the main questions into supporting questions. Tabs cover revenue, profit, people, performance and project management; the selected business area provides the detailed question hierarchy.
Question management
Snapshot Review presents the core questions without the expanded subquestions shown in Enterprise Review. The editor keeps them within the same business-area structure.
Report management
Report Management stores explanatory text for score bands, both for the overall dimension and its business areas. Consultants can edit the wording used to interpret an assessment.

Project management assessment
The project-management report combines an overall score, process-stage gauges and a radar chart of management areas. A report-download action supports sharing the assessment for the client discussion.
Action system
Actions are grouped by assessment area and can be searched or filtered by responsible person. Each row shows status, planned start and completion dates, actual completion and attached files.
Action performance
Completed actions are separated from open work. Charts distinguish on-time and late items in each group, so assessment scores and delivery status can be reviewed independently.
